03 / Process

Inspect
A walk-around under LED light, a paint-depth gauge on each panel, and photos of anything we find.
Decontaminate
Snow foam, a two-bucket wash, iron remover and a clay bar until the paint feels like glass.
Correct
Machine polishing in stages, checked with a swirl-finder torch between every pass.
Protect
Sealant or ceramic applied panel by panel, then cured — under IR lamps if it's cold.
Hand over
We walk the car with you in daylight and leave a care card for the first few washes.
