How long will my chauffeur wait?

Airport pickups include 45 minutes from the moment you land; other pickups include 10 minutes. After that, waiting is charged in 15-minute blocks and we'll text before it starts.

Do you have child seats?

Yes — baby capsules, child seats and boosters, fitted before we arrive, at no extra cost. Tell us the children's ages when you book.

Can I change or cancel?

Changes are free up to three hours before pickup. Cancellations inside three hours may be charged the minimum fare, because your chauffeur is already on the way.

Is the estimate what I'll pay?

No. It's an illustrative figure based on distance and vehicle. Tolls, waiting time, extra stops and late-night rates are confirmed when you book.
