    Plants we love

    Tough, local and in flower.

Chosen for Fremantle’s sand, limestone and salt wind. Switch the season in the garden above and this list follows.

A general guide for the Perth coastal plain — flowering times shift with rain, heat and the plant itself.

      How it works

Five steps, one stone at a time.

      1. Garden walk

An hour on site: sun, soil, wind, and what you’d love to see from the kitchen window.

        Week 1
      2. Concept

A sketch plan and plant palette, with a rough budget before we go any further.

        Weeks 2–3
      3. Design & quote

Detailed planting and irrigation plans, and a fixed quote for the build.

        Weeks 4–5
      4. Build

Earthworks, stone, drip lines and planting — best timed for autumn.

        1–3 weeks on site
      5. First year

A visit each season while the garden settles in and the roots go deep.
