Regular clean
Weekly, fortnightly or monthly visits that keep the whole house ticking over. We send the same cleaner wherever we can, and they learn how you like things.

- Kitchen benches, splashback and cooktop wiped down
- Sinks, taps and appliance fronts polished
- Showers, toilets, vanities and mirrors cleaned
- Floors vacuumed and mopped, rugs vacuumed

- Bins emptied, beds made (linen change on request)
Deep clean
A top-to-bottom reset — once or twice a year, after renovations, or before the in-laws arrive for a long weekend.

Moving out? We work through the kind of checklist property managers use for exit inspections. If something we cleaned is flagged, tell us within three days and we'll come back to fix it.

FAQ
Good questions, straight answers.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most clients leave a key in a lockbox or give us a door code. We text when we arrive and again when we lock up.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes — vacuum, mops, microfibre cloths and low-fragrance, plant-based products. If you'd rather we used yours, just leave them out and say so.
What if something's missed?
Tell us within 48 hours and we'll come back and redo that spot at no charge.
Can I skip or pause a regular clean?
Yes. Give us 48 hours' notice and there's no fee — handy for holidays or when the in-laws are visiting.
Is the online price final?
It's an illustrative estimate. We confirm the actual price after a short video walkthrough or a few photos, before any work is booked.
Do you clean carpets?
We vacuum them every visit. Steam cleaning needs different equipment, so we quote it separately.
