Services
01
Assessment, hands-on treatment and a graded plan to get you back to your sport — and keep you there.
02
Fine needles into tight or tender muscle, used alongside exercise — only if it suits you, and always explained first.
03
Equipment-based strength and control work, planned by your physio and progressed every few weeks.
04
Warm-water exercise at a heated pool nearby, for when land-based loading is too much, too soon.

Our approach
We start with questions and movement tests, not the massage table. If something needs a GP or a scan first, we'll say so.
Most tissues recover better with the right amount of work. We find a starting dose you can manage, then build on it.
Every visit ends with what to do, what to ease off, and when to come back — written down, not just said.
Your first visit
Wear clothes you can move in. Bring any scans or referral letters you have — they help, but you don't need a referral to see a physio.
Come ten minutes early to fill in a short form on your phone.
What happened, what makes it better or worse, what you want to get back to.
Movement and strength tests — and nerve tests if they're needed.
Hands-on treatment or exercise, if it's appropriate on the day.
Your exercises, what to ease off, and when we'll review.
Book
Pick a region and a rough time — we'll confirm by text or email.
General information only. Booking a time isn't a diagnosis — your physio will assess you properly on the day.
