Book a class
Sample timetable, times in Sydney time. Tap Book to pick your reformer — nothing is actually booked in this demo.
The method
Springs, not weights.
Slow counts, long lines and a small room — so your teacher sees every rep and changes your springs before you ask.
Springs, not weights
Resistance through the whole movement — muscles lengthen and strengthen together.
Three counts out, three back
Control is the workout. We'd rather you do eight slow reps than twenty fast ones.
Twelve reformers, max
Every class is small enough for hands-on cues and a spring check.
Instructors
Small classes, known faces.

Good to know
Before your first class.
I've never been on a reformer. Where do I start?
Foundations. It's slower, the teacher explains the springs and straps, and you'll learn the five or six moves every other class builds on.
What should I wear?
Fitted clothes you can move in, and grip socks — the carriage moves, so bare feet and loose pants make it harder. Socks are for sale at the desk.
I'm pregnant. Can I come?
Our Prenatal classes are designed for pregnancy, usually from the second trimester with your health professional's OK. Tell your teacher how far along you are before class.
What if I can't make it?
Cancel up to 12 hours before class and the credit goes back on your pass (sample policy). Late cancels help someone on the waitlist, so please let us know.
General information only. Pilates isn't a substitute for medical advice. If you're pregnant, injured or new to exercise, check with your health professional first — and tell your teacher before class.
