One fine extension on each natural lash: defined, like a good coat of mascara. The brows rise gently to a rounded peak about two-thirds along.

Extensions, explained

Classic, hybrid or volume?

Classic

One fine extension on each natural lash. Defined and mascara-like — the easiest set to live with.

Hybrid

About half singles, half light fans. Soft texture, with a little more fullness where you want it.

Volume

Fans of three to six ultra-fine lashes, made by hand at each appointment. Dense, dark and soft.

Prep & aftercare

Before and after

Before your visit

  1. Book a patch test at least 48 hours before any tint, lift or extensions.
  2. Arrive without eye make-up, and take out contact lenses on the day.
  3. Skip waxing, threading or tinting elsewhere for two weeks beforehand.
  4. Keep oil-based cleansers and serums away from your eyes the night before.

After your visit

  1. Keep brows and lashes dry for 24 hours — no steam, saunas or swimming.
  2. Brush laminated brows up each morning with a clean spoolie.
  3. With extensions, use an oil-free cleanser and try not to rub or pull.
  4. Book infills every two to three weeks to keep the line full.

General information only — every eye is different, and your artist will talk you through what suits you.

Questions

Good to know

How long does a lash lift last?

Usually six to eight weeks — about as long as it takes your natural lashes to shed and regrow.

Will extensions damage my own lashes?

Each set is mapped to what your natural lashes can comfortably hold, so we choose the length and weight to suit them. Looking after them at home matters too — see the aftercare notes above.

Can I wear mascara with extensions?

You won’t need it, and we’d rather you didn’t — mascara makes extensions clump and harder to clean.

I have sensitive eyes. Can I still book?

Tell us when you book. We’ll patch test first and choose sensitive-formula products where suitable — and if a treatment isn’t right for you, we’ll say so.

What if I need to reschedule?

Please give us 24 hours’ notice by text so someone else can have the spot.
