Let us know by 7am on the day and you'll earn a make-up credit.
- 2
Book it into any class at the same level before the end of term.
- 3
Up to two make-ups a term, and credits don't roll over.
- 4
If we cancel because of lightning or pool maintenance, the lesson is always credited.

First-lesson questions
Do I need to get in the water?
For Tadpoles, yes — one parent or carer swims with each child. From Turtles up, you watch from the bench by the window.
What if my child cries?
Plenty do in week one. Teachers go gently, and nobody is ever dunked or made to put their face in before they're ready.
Do babies need swim nappies?
Yes — a reusable swim nappy over a disposable one for anyone under three, please.
How do they move up a lane?
Teachers check skills in the last fortnight of term. Earn the sticker and we'll suggest the next lane for the following term.
