Our process

Four steps, no panic

The same calm rhythm for every couple, whichever package you choose.

  1. A long lunch

An unhurried first conversation over lunch or video: your guest list, your non-negotiables and the feeling you want. No charge, no obligation.

  2. The plan

Within ten days you'll have a written plan — budget, timeline, venue shortlist and the suppliers we'd trust with your day.

  3. The details

Tastings, fittings, styling sessions and a run sheet everyone signs off. We chase the confirmations so you don't have to.

  4. The day

We arrive before the florist and leave after the last guest's shuttle. You get to be present — that's the whole point.

Your countdown

A planning checklist, timed to your date

Pick your wedding date and we'll lay out the year: what to book when, what can wait and what to hand to us. Tick things off as you go — ticks are kept for this visit only.

Choose a date to see how many days you have and what to do when.

Every plan starts with a date

Choose yours (or try a sample date) to see a month-by-month plan with tasks you can tick off.

A general guide only — every wedding keeps its own pace, and booking windows vary between venues.

Good questions

Before you ask

How far ahead should we book you?

For Saturdays in autumn and spring, twelve to eighteen months is comfortable. Fridays, Sundays and winter dates often have room at shorter notice — just ask.

Do you only work in the Hunter Valley?

Most of our weddings are in Pokolbin, Lovedale, Broke and Wollombi, but we travel to the Central Coast, Mudgee and Sydney for a travel fee.

Can we bring our own suppliers?

Of course. We'll happily work alongside people you already love and fill any gaps from our own list.

What happens if it rains?

Every plan has a wet-weather version, signed off before wedding week. Most estates we suggest have a covered ceremony option, and we bring the umbrellas.
