Website terms

The terms for browsing emvalue, exploring our design concepts and sending an enquiry.

1. Using this website

This website is published by the team working under the emvalue brand. Use it lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt the service, access information without permission, or submit malicious or misleading material.

2. Design concepts and website information

The businesses, offers and transactions shown inside our interactive design concepts are fictional demonstrations. They are not real businesses, client endorsements or working booking and payment services.

We aim to keep our service information accurate, but content and availability may change. Design examples do not promise a particular business outcome, search ranking, revenue or delivery timeframe. We will confirm the scope and suitability of your project in writing.

3. Content and intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, website designs, text, code and brand materials are owned by emvalue’s creators or used under the relevant licences. You may browse the site and share links. Copying or commercially reusing substantial parts requires permission or an applicable licence or legal exception.

Exploring a concept or submitting an enquiry does not transfer intellectual property rights. Rights in commissioned work are set out in the written project agreement.

4. Enquiries and project agreements

Submitting an enquiry does not place an order, create a paid project or oblige you to proceed. We first clarify your requirements and provide a written proposal. Work begins only after scope, fees and the actual contracting parties are agreed.

The project cooperation terms explain our usual approach. They apply to a project only to the extent included in or accepted as part of its written agreement. Specific agreed project terms take priority where they differ, subject to applicable law.

5. External services and availability

Links may take you to services operated by others, including social platforms, email and third-party tools. Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of them. We cannot control their content or uninterrupted availability.

We take reasonable care in operating this site, but maintenance, outages or errors may occur. Contact us if you find something broken or inaccurate.

6. Your legal rights and changes

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights, guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

We may update these website terms prospectively by publishing a dated version. An update does not change an existing project agreement without the parties’ agreement or override your legal rights. For questions or complaints, email emvalue.studio@gmail.com.
