From websites and apps to Melbourne Xiaohongshu campaigns, we help you choose a sensible scope for your needs and budget.

  1. 01

    Custom websites

A website built around your business, your customers and the action you want them to take. From a focused landing page to a complete small-business website.

    • Brand-led design that works across phones, tablets and desktops
    • Services, menus, projects and contact information organised clearly
    • Content editing and search basics planned into the build

New businesses, local shops, independent professionals

  2. 02

    Website redesigns & upgrades

Keep what works and improve what gets in the way. We review your existing website before recommending a focused update or a fuller redesign.

    • Clearer mobile layouts, navigation and enquiry paths
    • Refreshed content, visuals and page structure
    • Migration and existing page addresses considered before launch

    Established businesses, rebrands, outgrown websites

  3. 03

    Bookings, ordering & online shops

Make it easier for customers to book, enquire or buy. We connect suitable, established services and shape the website around the way you already run your business.

    • Appointments, table bookings and enquiry forms
    • Product catalogues, menus and hosted checkout connections
    • Tool compatibility and ongoing platform fees agreed upfront

    Salons, restaurants, classes, small retailers

  4. 04

    Custom apps & prototypes

A focused app for a specific business need. We begin with the customer journey and a testable prototype, then agree the first version and the best platform to build on.

    • Customer apps, membership journeys and booking experiences
    • iOS, Android or a web app, chosen after a feasibility review
    • Development, testing, release support and maintenance scoped separately

Businesses with repeat-use needs, new product ideas

  5. 05

    Web apps & business tools

Bring a repetitive process into one practical workspace. We can plan and build focused tools for your team, or connect systems that currently leave you doing the same work twice.

    • Customer portals, quote tools and internal dashboards
    • Forms, data workflows and integrations with existing services
    • Access, data handling and handover planned from the start

Service teams, growing businesses, manual workflows

  6. 06

    Bilingual websites & ongoing care

Keep your website useful as your business changes. We help with English and Chinese content, updates and the practical work of looking after a live site.

    • English and Chinese page structure and content support
    • Hosting setup, content updates and agreed maintenance
    • Account ownership, editing guidance and a clear handover

Bilingual businesses, existing websites, ongoing support

Website & app project process

A clear plan. A build you can follow.

  1. 1

    Understand the job

We discuss your business, audience, existing tools, budget and the problem you want to solve.

  2. 2

    Agree the scope

You receive a written proposal covering the work, deliverables, schedule, costs and payment stages.

  3. 3

    Design, build, review

Review layouts and working previews at agreed milestones. We confirm any change in scope before proceeding.

  4. 4

    Launch & hand over

We check the agreed flows, help you launch and hand over accounts and guidance. Ongoing support is agreed with you.

Features, delivery milestones and responsibilities are agreed before development begins. Larger app projects are split into manageable phases.

Our approach to pricing

Fair pricing. Clearly scoped.

We shape the proposal around what your business actually needs and what you are comfortable investing. Every project is quoted individually, with the costs explained before you commit.

  1. 01

A written quote before work starts

You can see what is included, what will be delivered and how payments are staged. The agreed scope sets the price.

  2. 02

    A sensible first version

We can prioritise the essentials and plan the rest for later. A smaller, useful launch is often a good place to begin.

  3. 03

    Ongoing costs made clear

Hosting, domains, third-party subscriptions, maintenance and any applicable taxes are identified in the proposal.

  4. 04

    Changes agreed together

If the brief changes, we explain the effect on cost and timing and get your agreement before doing additional work.

A few practical questions

Before we begin.

Can you improve my current website?

Yes. We first review the platform, account access, content and the changes you need. We then recommend an update, redesign or migration based on what is practical.

Do I need an app as well as a website?

Not always. We look at how often people will use it and what they need to do. An existing tool or a mobile-friendly website may be enough; a custom app makes sense when it solves a clear, repeat-use problem.

How much will my project cost?

The scope, number of screens or pages, integrations and content requirements determine the quote. Tell us your priorities and budget, and we will explain the options and costs before you decide.

Who owns the website and accounts?

Your domain and service accounts should be registered in your name. Ownership of project-specific design and code, and any third-party licences, is set out in the agreement, along with the handover arrangements.

Can you help after launch?

Yes. Updates, hosting support and maintenance can be included in an agreed support arrangement or quoted as separate work. We explain the coverage and response expectations before you choose.

Can we work together from another city or country?

Website and app projects can be delivered remotely in English and Chinese. We confirm working hours, currency, payment stages and delivery arrangements for overseas projects. Xiaohongshu creator campaigns currently focus on Melbourne businesses.

Your next step

Start with what your business needs.

Share your business, your current website if you have one, and what you would like to improve. An idea, a short list or an example you like is enough to start a project brief.
