Are the businesses in the box real?

Can a design here be the starting point for my website?

Yes — any drawer can be a starting point. We adapt the layout and style to your brand, your words and your photos, so it ends up yours rather than a copy.

How much does a website cost?

Every project is quoted to its scope and your budget. We explain the deliverables, payment stages and ongoing costs in writing before work starts. Fair pricing, with changes agreed before additional work begins.

Do I need to know anything technical?

No. We ask plain questions about your business. You bring your logo if you have one, photos, services and prices — we handle the rest.

Can I update the site myself?

If you'd like to. For businesses that change menus or prices often we set up a simple way to edit them; otherwise we can make updates for you. We'll recommend what suits you.

Do you work outside my city?

Yes. We work remotely with businesses across Australia and internationally, using email and scheduled video calls.

Can you build in English and Chinese?

Yes. We write each language for its readers rather than translating word for word, and can add other languages too.

What should I prepare?

Start with a goal. Your current website, brand materials, service information, references and budget range help us propose a sensible scope. Let us know if you need help with copy or images.

How long does a project take?

It depends on the pages, features, content readiness and review schedule. We include estimated milestones in your proposal after scoping. Tell us early if you have a fixed launch date.

Are there ongoing costs?

Domains, hosting, paid tools and maintenance may have ongoing fees. Your quote explains what is included, what you pay directly and how future updates work. Sending an enquiry is free.
